Technical Business Analyst (PAM & AI Security)

Required Qualifications

5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting enterprise technology

implementations.

Experience gathering and documenting both business and technical

requirements.

Strong documentation skills, including requirements, process flows, use cases,

testing artifacts, and operational procedures.

Experience supporting enterprise SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, identity, or securityrelated projects.

Experience facilitating meetings and workshops with both technical and business

stakeholders.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and

Visio.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting Identity & Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access

Management (PAM), cybersecurity, or compliance initiatives.

Familiarity with Non-Human Identity (NHI), AI Security, service accounts, secrets

management, or machine identity concepts.

Experience working in regulated environments such as healthcare, life sciences, or

pharmaceutical services.

Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall delivery methodologies.

Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, or similar project

and requirements management tools.

Understanding of cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Deliverables

Business and technical requirements documentation.

User stories, use cases, process maps, and workflow diagrams.

Functional specifications and requirements traceability matrices.

Test strategies, test plans, test scripts, UAT coordination, and validation

documentation.

Training materials, user guides, adoption resources, and knowledge transfer

documentation.

Implementation playbooks, rollout plans, operational procedures, and support

documentation.

Executive-ready status reporting and implementation readiness artifacts.
