Detailed Job Description

As a Technical Account Manager / Project Manager - Infrastructure & Networking supporting FutureX Management Solutions, you will take full operational, strategic, and tactical ownership of enterprise network transformation projects, resource allocation, budget tracking, and cross-functional delivery governance. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing complex workstreams across SD-WAN (Cisco Viptela), data center networking, cloud networking, network security, wireless, and ISE/IPAM, directing stakeholder communications, and mitigating project risks using MS Project, Jira, or Smartsheet. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering squads, client stakeholders, and executive leadership in remote operational environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise network transformation projects, infrastructure modernization initiatives, and end-to-end delivery governance.
• Manage complex, multi-workstream programs spanning SD-WAN (Cisco Viptela), data center networking, cloud networking, and network security.
• Oversee wireless infrastructure deployments and advanced Access Control / IPAM (ISE/IPAM) implementations.
• Direct project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, scope management, and milestone tracking utilizing MS Project, Jira, or Smartsheet.
• Manage client-facing stakeholder relationships, executive communications, change requests, and vendor deliverables.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, executing proactive mitigation strategies and escalation workflows.
• Ensure strict adherence to delivery quality standards, technical specifications, and enterprise service level agreements (SLAs).
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, financial reports, steering committee decks, and status dashboards.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 12 to 16 years of progressive professional experience in infrastructure or network project management and technical account leadership.
• Strong, demonstrable hands-on professional expertise in SD-WAN architectures, specifically Cisco Viptela.
• Comprehensive working knowledge and practical proficiency in data center networking, cloud networking, and enterprise network security.
• Deep practical experience managing multi-workstream technical projects across wireless, ISE/IPAM, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Solid practical grasp of project management tooling including MS Project, Jira, and Smartsheet.
• Proven expertise in client-facing stakeholder management, delivery governance, budget control, and risk mitigation.
• Mandatory remote work readiness and availability for professional operations across PAN India.

• Professional project management certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2 Practitioner, or ITIL Foundation/Expert.
• Prior professional working experience in top-tier IT consulting firms, managed network service providers, or enterprise telecoms.
