Role: Tech Lead – Full Stack + Technical Coordinator

Overview

We are hiring a Tech Lead who can not only contribute technically as a full stack developer but also act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the tech team. You will lead architecture design, project planning, coordination, and technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠• Lead the development of the web platform and admin dashboard.

•⁠ ⁠• Architect and maintain a robust tech stack: React (frontend), Node.js/Express (backend), PostgreSQL (DB).

•⁠ ⁠• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specs.

•⁠ ⁠• Guide and review the codebase of frontend and backend developers.

•⁠ ⁠• Setup development workflows, environments, and deployment pipelines (CI/CD).

•⁠ ⁠• Plan sprint deliverables, assign tasks, and manage timelines.

•⁠ ⁠• Ensure security, performance, and scalability of the platform.

Required Skills

•⁠ ⁠• Strong full stack experience with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and PostgreSQL.

•⁠ ⁠• Solid understanding of API architecture, DB schemas, and system design.

•⁠ ⁠• Experience in leading teams and reviewing code with best practices.

•⁠ ⁠• Good communication skills to coordinate with designers, developers, and business leads.

•⁠ ⁠Hands-on with Git, Postman, Swagger, and cloud hosting (AWS/GCP optional).

•⁠ ⁠Experience integrating with 3rd party tools, and optionally AI modules
