Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of NLP and LLM-based features, from experimentation to production integration.
• Build and fine-tune transformer-based models for language understanding and generation use cases.
• Implement ML workflows in Python using PyTorch and/or TensorFlow, including model training and evaluation.
• Integrate Hugging Face models and tooling into application services and inference pipelines.
• Drive technical design decisions for scalable AI solutions, ensuring reliability and maintainability.

Skills Required

• 5 - 14 years of relevant experience in AI/ML, NLP, and LLM development
• Machine Learning and GenAI/LLM solution development
• Python for AI/ML development and model integration
• Transformers-based NLP modeling and Hugging Face model usage
• Production-oriented LLM/NLP implementation experience

Good to Have

• PyTorch
• TensorFlow

Education: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
