Team Member - Finance

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant / Finance Analyst to drive our core accounting operations and financial analysis functions. In this role, you will end-to-end manage Accounts Payable and Receivable, oversee GST/TDS compliance, execute bank reconciliations, and drive critical process automations.

Key Responsibilities -

Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Manage invoice checking, vendor payouts, GST/TDS compliance, and statutory payments.
• Generate sales invoices and manage receivables.
• Handle BC payouts, CBC payouts, and manual payments as required.
• Preparation of provisions/accruals & post accounting entries.
• Prepare related MIS, dashboards, and data submissions.

Financial Analysis

• Prepare operating profit and loss.
• Perform trend and variance analysis.
• Maintain GL accounts.
• Reconcile Finance GLs, BRS, and maintain aging reports.
• Handle MIS reporting.

Other Activities

• Manage automations, process improvements, and documentation.
• Support data extraction and preparation for balance sheets & P/L schedules, audits and other purposes.
• Coordinate with business & banks for the issuance of bank guarantees.
• Undertake other related activities and tasks assigned from time to time.

Qualification Required : CA Inter, M.Com, or B.Com

Experience: 4–5 years in accounting, taxation, accounts payable, financial analysis etc.
