About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Backend Developer to lead our backend team and build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, REST APIs, and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage backend developers.
• Design and develop scalable backend applications and REST APIs.
• Manage Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and microservices development.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards.
• Handle system design, architecture, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with frontend, QA, DevOps, and product teams.
• Manage task allocation, project delivery, and technical issues.
• Implement authentication, authorization, Redis, and third-party integrations.
• Support deployment and production troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 6–10+ years of backend development experience.
• Strong experience in Node.js, Express.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and MongoDB.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, Microservices, JWT, OAuth, and RBAC.
• Experience with Redis, Git, AWS/Azure/GCP, CI/CD, and Docker.
• Strong leadership, communication, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred

• Experience in a product-based/SaaS company.
• Knowledge of RabbitMQ/Kafka, Kubernetes, and system design.
• Experience mentoring and managing development teams.

Education

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
