We're looking for a Team Leader – B2B Sales to join our growing team and play a key role in helping Indian exporters save significantly on foreign exchange costs while simplifying international payments.

At Xchangepe, we're building a smarter alternative to traditional banking for businesses receiving global payments. As we scale, we're looking for a sales leader who understands forex, has strong industry relationships, and is excited to drive growth in a high-impact fintech environment.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮'𝐥𝐥 𝐎𝐰𝐧

• Drive new business acquisition across exporters, SMEs, SaaS companies, IT/ITES firms, freelancers, and global service providers
• Build and nurture relationships with exporters, Chartered Accountants, consultants, and trade ecosystem partners
• Lead the complete sales journey—from prospecting and consultative selling to onboarding and revenue growth
• Mentor and guide a high-performing sales team while achieving ambitious business targets

𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐖𝐞'𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫-

• 2–3 years of experience in Forex Sales, Trade Finance, Banking, Fintech, or Cross-Border Payments
• Strong network within the exporter, SME, CA, or international business ecosystem
• Proven ability to generate revenue, acquire clients, and manage sales pipelines
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
