Litigation and documentation monitoring for all businesses

Major Deliverables

• Close monitoring of high-stake litigation across all business verticals
• Providing support, direction and guidance to the Litigation and Collection teams for devising litigation / collections strategy
• Engaging and briefing advocates and senior counsel
• Attending to complaints filed / proceedings initiated against the company and its officers
• Specialized job competencies:
• Strong litigation background and well versed with court procedure and practices across India
• Experience in Arbitration
• Experience in Collections
• Experience in handling criminal proceedings
• Leadership qualities and strong inter-personal skills
