through fellowship programs, communities, events, and placement opportunities.

We're looking for a Founder's Office – Placement Coordinator to work directly with the

Co-Founder and build our placement ecosystem.

What You'll Do

• Work closely with the Co-Founder on placement initiatives.
• Build and manage relationships with startups and companies to secure hiring

mandates.

• Own the end-to-end hiring process for assigned mandates.
• Source and shortlist candidates from the Metvy fellowship community and personal

talent network.

• Coordinate interviews, manage client communication, and ensure timely closures.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of hiring mandates and qualified candidates.
• Track hiring metrics, closures, and revenue generated through mandates.

What We're Looking For

• 6 months–1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Hiring.
• Experience in client management and handling hiring mandates.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to source quality talent and close positions efficiently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Self-driven, ownership-oriented, and execution-focused.

Good to Have

• Existing network of founders, recruiters, or hiring managers.
• Experience working with startups or recruitment agencies.
• Understanding of recruitment P&L, hiring metrics, and mandate management.
