Job Description

We are looking for a Talent Development Partner to drive learning and capability-building initiatives across the organization. The role involves partnering with business teams to identify learning needs, design learning interventions, and manage end-to-end learning programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA/TNI) and identify skill gaps
• Design and execute learning and development programs
• Manage end-to-end learning program delivery and tracking
• Partner with business and HR stakeholders for learning solutions
• Drive employee engagement and learning adoption initiatives
• Monitor learning effectiveness through reports, dashboards, and analytics
• Manage LMS and learning operations
