We are looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment.
• Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
• Manage candidate follow-ups and joining formalities.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of recruitment experience.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in bulk hiring, lateral hiring, or industrial recruitment is preferred.
