This is a full time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist role based in Kolkata.

Key Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, developing sourcing strategies, identifying qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to fulfill organizational talent needs. The role also includes building a robust employer brand to attract top talent and maintaining candidate databases for future hiring pipelines.

IMMEDIATE JOINERS PREFERRED

LOCAL LANGUAGE KNOWLEDGE MUSTExperience in non it recruitment, talent sourcing, and staffing processes

Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and database management

Previous experience in Ed-tech or education-related industries is a plus

Bachelor's degree .
