Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles
• Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels
• Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring pipeline
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements
• Ensure a smooth and timely candidate experience
• Maintain recruitment data and regular hiring reports

Preferred Skills:
• Strong sourcing & screening skills
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Experience hiring for Sales, Customer Success, Tech or EdTech roles
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
• EdTech / B2B SaaS recruitment experience will be an advantage
