We’re Hiring: Talent Acquisition Specialist – MedsBee

MedsBee is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and manage end-to-end recruitment across specialist healthcare roles.

📍 Location: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh

🏢 Mode: Work from Office

📅 Working Days: 6 days/week

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, WhatsApp and other channels
• Screen candidates for qualification, experience, compensation, location preferences and availability
• Conduct initial candidate calls and assess suitability for open positions
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines
• Build talent pools for specialist and difficult-to-fill healthcare roles
• Analyse candidate responses and identify reasons for mandate difficulty
• Experiment with new sourcing channels when traditional methods are not working
• Use Excel/Google Sheets, AI tools and recruitment platforms to improve hiring efficiency
• Ensure a professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Who We’re Looking For
• 0–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or a related role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable making calls and speaking with candidates throughout the day
• Strong follow-up and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
• Proactive, resourceful and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets and job portals
• Strong ownership mindset and willingness to learn
• Healthcare recruitment experience is an advantage but not mandatory
