Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment, with a proven track record of managing large-scale hiring initiatives. In this role, you will develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies that align with our business objectives and global best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with Business Leaders and Hiring Managers to understand workforce requirements and drive selection processes.
• Develop and implement a Campus Hiring Strategy in partnership with leading educational institutions to build a robust talent pipeline.
• Manage relationships with various recruitment platforms and consultants to ensure effective sourcing and recruitment delivery.
• Utilize data analytics and market insights to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Conduct regular recruitment planning meetings with hiring managers to discuss hiring progress and challenges.
• Lead and mentor a recruitment team, ensuring productivity and achievement of hiring targets.
• Promote internal job postings and employee referral programs to enhance internal mobility.
• Define and monitor key recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
• Leverage technology and digital solutions to streamline recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience, with strong exposure to lateral and volume hiring.
• 7+ years of experience in team management and leadership.
• Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to utilize recruitment data for decision-making.
• Familiarity with recruitment technology, automation, job portals, ATS, and digital sourcing platforms.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
