Job Title: Talent Acquisition Lead

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Shift Time: 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to manage end-to-end recruitment and lead a team of recruiters. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT and Non-IT hiring, stakeholder management, team handling, and recruitment strategy. Experience in a staffing, recruitment consultancy, outsourcing, or IT services company is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.

Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.

Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and social media.

Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth joining.

Track recruitment metrics and maintain ATS/MIS reports.

Build talent pipelines and improve recruitment processes.

Required Skills

4+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.

Experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment.

Solid sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Boolean Search, and referrals.

Hands-on experience with ATS and MS Excel.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines.

Preferred

Experience in Staffing, Recruitment Consultancy, Outsourcing, or IT Services.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
