What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple industries and functions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and networking.
• Screen profiles and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
• Achieve hiring targets while maintaining quality.

What We're Looking For

• 1–5 years of recruitment experience (Agency experience preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals is an advantage.
• Women returning after a career break are encouraged to apply.
