Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding

Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and documentation

Oversee attendance, leave management, and employee lifecycle activities

Support payroll coordination and resolve employee queries related to compensation and benefits

Assist in drafting HR policies and maintaining compliance with labor laws

Drive employee engagement initiatives and ensure a positive work culture

Coordinate training programs, performance reviews, and feedback processes

Collaborate with internal teams for smooth HR operations and process improvements

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's/Masters degree in HR or related field14 years of experience in recruitment

Good understanding of HR processes, labour laws, and best practices

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Google workspace, MS Office and basic HRMS tools

Self-driven, empathetic, and proactive in problem-solving
