Role Description The Talent Acquisition & Business Development Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. This internship involves supporting end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening profiles, scheduling interviews, and assisting with hiring decisions. The intern will help strengthen employer branding efforts by contributing to recruitment marketing content and engaging with potential talent pools. On the business development side, responsibilities include researching prospective clients, maintaining lead databases, assisting with outreach campaigns, and supporting presentations or proposals. The role requires close collaboration with HR and business teams, proactive communication, and consistent documentation of recruitment and business development activities.

• Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating hiring processes.
• Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Hiring, with the ability to support selection decisions and maintain structured assessment practices.
• Candidates should possess skills in Employer Branding, with an interest in promoting the organization through digital channels and campus or community outreach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, colleagues, and clients.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in documentation and follow-up.
• Interest in business development, client relationship building, and learning about Salesforce-based solutions.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Human Resources, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency with basic productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace) and willingness to learn HR and CRM platforms.
