Mandatory Skills

Apex Coding, Aura Components, Lightning Web Components (LWC), REST APIs (Salesforce Integrations), Salesforce Sales Cloud

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.
• Define application design approaches and component architecture aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Lead development of reusable Apex services, Lightning components, and platform capabilities.
• Design and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions while supporting Service Cloud implementations where applicable.
• Define integration approaches and API interaction patterns using Salesforce REST APIs.
• Lead Salesforce integration initiatives with enterprise applications and external platforms.
• Establish development standards, coding practices, and Salesforce platform governance guidelines.
• Review application designs and code to ensure adherence to architecture, quality, and platform standards.
• Troubleshoot complex application and integration issues through detailed root cause analysis.
• Optimize application performance, maintainability, scalability, and user experience.
• Mentor team members on Apex development, LWC, Aura Components, Salesforce platform capabilities, and integration best practices.
• Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to support end-to-end solution delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on Salesforce solution quality and platform excellence.
