TAC Engineer – Network Support (Career Transition Opportunity)

Are you working in technical support for an ISP or IT services company and looking to build a career in advanced networking?

Join Incedo’s TAC team and transition into a core network engineering role, working on enterprise technologies such as Load Balancers, DDoS Protection, and Network Security.

What We’re Looking For

• BE/B.Tech, BCA, or equivalent technical background.
• Experience in basic technical support, preferably for a US/UK ISP or IT support process.
• Fundamental knowledge of networking, TCP/IP, troubleshooting tools, and utilities.
• Excellent communication skills, customer handling, and the ability to manage critical incidents calmly.
• Eagerness to learn complex networking technologies and grow into a core network engineer.
