Job Summary

We are looking for a high-potential, result-oriented Manager / Lead (Talent Acquisition) to own and elevate the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for our management consulting practice. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior delivery stakeholders, managing high-impact niche and lateral hiring campaigns. The ideal candidate combines hands-on sourcing expertise with structured candidate evaluation methodologies and is ready to drive agile, data-driven recruitment strategies within a high-performance corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Stakeholder Management

  • Business Advisory: Partner closely with practice leaders, partners, and the HR team to map talent pipelines directly against evolving client fulfillment goals and workforce planning.
  • Market Mapping: Design and execute structured market intelligence blueprints to proactively map competitive consulting landscapes and target talent pools.

End-to-End Recruitment Delivery

  • Full-Lifecycle Ownership: Lead the complete execution architecture from initial requirement gathering and sourcing to interview calibration, final offer management, and onboarding.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Build a diverse and highly optimized channel mix, balancing employee referrals, direct sourcing, and executive networking to reduce agency dependencies and control cost-per-hire.
  • Rigorous Assessment: Deploy structured competency evaluation frameworks and scorecards to assess senior and niche lateral consultants effectively.

Operations & Employer Branding

  • EVP Optimization: Strategize and support initiatives aimed at enhancing the firm’s Employer Value Proposition (EVP) inside the talent ecosystem.
  • Data & Analytics: Design, monitor, and report on core recruitment funnel health metrics, specifically time-to-fill, candidate pass rates, cost-per-hire, and data hygiene within the ATS.
  • Team Mentorship: Provide functional guidance and mentoring to junior recruiters, optimizing process efficiencies across the team.

Key Requirements

Professional Credentials

  • Industry Experience: A minimum of 3–6 years of core corporate talent acquisition experience, with a proven track record operating within a Management Consulting firm, tier-1 executive search agency, or a fast-paced professional services company.
  • Hiring Domain: Demonstrable history of successfully executing lateral, executive, or highly specialized business strategy consultant profiles.

Core Competencies

  • Communication Mastery: Superior, polished communication and stakeholder management skills to interface confidently with senior executive leadership.
  • Tools Proficiency: Hand-on experience operating modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) alongside data analytics tracking.
  • Agility: The mindset to challenge the status quo, operate with extreme ownership, and deliver results within a highly ambiguous, fast-growth corporate culture.
