T1 (Technical Manager) Full Stack (MERN)

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technical professionals.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive, actionable feedback.

Project Management

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with business objectives.

Technical Oversight

• Provide technical guidance and hands-on support to team members.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in software development and system architecture.
• Track emerging technologies and integrate relevant advancements into the team's workflow.

Strategic Planning

• Develop and implement technical strategies that support business growth.
• Identify opportunities for technological improvement and innovation.
• Manage the technical budget and allocate resources effectively.

Communication & Collaboration

• Act as the liaison between technical teams and other departments.
• Translate technical concepts and project status into clear updates for non-technical stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective collaboration within the team and with external partners.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are an advantage.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in technical roles, including a proven track record in leadership or management positions.

Required Skills

Technical — Mandatory

• Proven experience as a Full Stack React Native Developer or in a similar role.
• Experience building microservice-based desktop and mobile applications.
• React Native and Node.js — mandatory framework expertise.
• Front-end languages and libraries: HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery.
• Databases (MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache), and a working understanding of UI/UX design principles.

Technical — Good to Have

• Angular
• React JS
