System QA & Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute system test strategies for cloud-native applications.

• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and CI/CD test pipelines.

-

• Perform functional, integration, and system testing to ensure product quality.

-

• Validate upgrades, backup & restore, performance, scalability, and stability aspects of the product.

-

• Analyze defects, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with development teams for resolution.

-

• Contribute to test automation, quality improvements, and continuous testing initiatives.

Requirements

-

• 4 to 15 years of experience in System Testing and Test Automation.

-

• Strong hands-on experience in Kubernetes, Python and/or Golang, and Linux environments.

-

• Experience with databases/monitoring platforms such as ClickHouse, VictoriaMetrics, Prometheus, OpenSearch, or MariaDB.

• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Ginkgo and Robot Framework.

-

• Knowledge of OSS/OAM/EMS/NMS telecom domains.

-

• Experience in Upgrade, Backup & Restore, Performance, and Stability testing.

-

• Exposure to Agentic AI tools and AI-driven testing practices is an added advantage.

-

• Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
