Job Overview

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic freshers to join our IT team as System Administrator Trainees. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands‑on experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, networking, and cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Support network setup, troubleshooting, and basic security maintenance.
• Monitor server performance, system logs, and backup activities.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and basic IT-related issues.
• Gain exposure to cloud platforms, virtualization, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Document technical procedures and troubleshooting steps.
• Work closely with senior IT professionals to learn and improve technical skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Linux, computer hardware, and networking concepts.
• Familiarity with Windows Server or cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is an advantage.
• Good troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.

Internship & Other Details

• Internship Duration: 3 months.
• Full-Time Opportunity: Candidates who perform well during the internship will be considered for a full-time opportunity based on their performance and business requirements.
• Service Agreement: 3-year bond, as per company norms.
• Work Shifts: Willingness to work in rotational shifts is required.
• Work Location: Primarily Bangalore, with a willingness to relocate to Chennai, Nellore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, or other company locations as required.
