Sustainability Reporting Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Sustainability Reporting Manager to support global sustainability reporting, ESG compliance, and product stewardship initiatives for a leading organisation in the chemicals industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sustainability reporting and annual disclosures aligned with global frameworks, including CDP, EcoVadis, SEDEX, SBTi, and GRI.
• Drive ESG data collection, validation, and reporting, including Scope 1, 2, and 3 greenhouse gas emissions.
• Manage Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) programmes, including data collection, calculations, reporting, and identification of decarbonisation opportunities.
• Support customer sustainability questionnaires, certifications, and regulatory documentation.
• Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to strengthen sustainability governance, reporting accuracy, and compliance.
• Support engagement with industry bodies and regulatory forums, and ensure timely completion of sustainability reporting requirements.

Requirements

• A relevant qualification in Sustainability, Environmental Management, Geography, Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience or knowledge in sustainability reporting, ESG, environmental management, or regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Experience with Product Carbon Footprints, ISO 14067, and greenhouse gas accounting under ISO 14064-1 would be an advantage.
