About the role

You'll support our supply chain team with day-to-day operations, with a strong focus on accurate data entry and record keeping in SAP. It's a hands-on role where you'll learn how a growing luxury brand manages inventory, orders and dispatches.

What you'll do

• Enter and update inventory, purchase, sales and dispatch data in SAP accurately and on time.
• Maintain and update stock records, and help reconcile them with physical inventory.
• Support order processing, invoicing and dispatch documentation.
• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement and logistics teams on daily requirements.
• Prepare basic MIS reports and trackers in MS Excel.
• Flag data mismatches and help resolve them.

What we're looking for

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a graduation/post-graduation in Supply Chain, Operations, Commerce, Business Administration or a related field
• Basic knowledge of SAP is preferred; willingness to learn is a must
• Working knowledge of MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and a sense of ownership
• Based in Indore and comfortable working on-site full time
• Able to join within 10 days of receiving the offer letter
