Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Executive with around 1 year of experience. The candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth supply chain operations. Familiarity with ERP systems and end-to-end supply chain processes is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle

procurement activities

, including vendor identification, negotiation, and purchase order management

• Coordinate with internal teams to understand material requirements and ensure timely availability
• Maintain and update records in

ERP systems

• Track orders, deliveries, and inventory levels to ensure smooth operations
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Monitor supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures
• Assist in inventory planning and demand forecasting

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 1 year of experience

in supply chain / procurement / operations

• Hands-on experience with

ERP systems

(SAP, Oracle, or similar)

• Good understanding of

procurement processes and vendor management

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of inventory management
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
