Role Description The Supply Chain Analyst – Retail Inventory is a full-time, on-site role based in Saket. The role involves monitoring inventory levels across the retail store, analyzing sales and stock data, and supporting accurate demand planning for sneakers, streetwear, and related products. The analyst will review replenishment needs, prepare inventory and demand reports, and coordinate with purchasing and store operations to maintain optimal stock availability. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking stock movement, identifying slow- and fast-moving items, reducing stock-outs and overstock situations, and ensuring data accuracy in inventory systems. The role also works closely with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain processes, support promotions and product launches, and contribute to overall operational efficiency.

Working Days : Monday - Saturday

Working Hours : 11am-8pm

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Demand Planning and Inventory Management skills to forecast needs and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, generate insights, and support data-driven decisions.
• Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to collaborate effectively with store staff, purchasing teams, and management.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Supply Chain Operations, including replenishment, order tracking, and stock control.
• Relevant experience in retail, fashion, or footwear inventory management is beneficial.
• Proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools and familiarity with inventory or ERP systems is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, analytics, or a related field is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and comfort working in a fast-paced, on-site retail environment are important.
