Subject Matter Specialist and Trainer

🚀 We’re Hiring: Subject Matter Experts & Trainers – Multiple Domains (Freelancer required)

We are looking for experienced Trainers and Subject Matter Experts to develop and deliver teacher training programmes across multiple subject areas.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (role-specific qualifications apply)

Mode: Self-paced content development + Live online training sessions

Open Positions

Indian Languages Trainer – Hindi, Sanskrit, Urdu, or regional languages; local narratives and Indian Knowledge Systems.

Social Sciences Trainer – Google Earth, Digital Mapping, and GIS.

Science Trainer – STEM Projects, Scientific Investigations, and Data Analysis.

Arts, Music & Physical Education Trainer – Digital Media Creation, Activity Planning, and Progress Tracking.

Mathematics Trainer – Quantitative Aptitude and Applied Mathematical Reasoning.

Primary & Foundational Stage Trainer – Play-Based Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN).

Computer Science & IT Trainer – React JS and Interactive Classroom Applications.

Commerce Trainer – Power BI, Business Data Analysis, and Decision Making.

Multidisciplinary Trainer – Design Thinking and Inclusive School Projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop subject-specific training content, lesson plans, presentations, and practical activities.

Prepare a six-hour self-paced learning module for the assigned subject.

Conduct two live online training seminars of two hours each.

Create assessments, rubrics, worksheets, and teacher guides.

Demonstrate the practical use of relevant digital tools and technologies.

Ensure content accuracy, inclusivity, and suitability for classroom teaching.

Submit editable source files and final training materials.

Eligibility Criteria

Relevant graduate or postgraduate qualification, depending on the subject.

Minimum three years of relevant teaching, training, curriculum development, or professional experience.

Strong subject knowledge and practical expertise in the assigned domain.

Experience in teacher training or educational content development is preferred.

Ability to use relevant digital tools and explain concepts in simple language.

Selection Process

Recorded demo lesson based on the assigned subject.

Live micro-teaching session to assess facilitation and subject knowledge.

Both demonstrations must be approved.
