Strategy Manager (Real Estate)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project-wise and annual sales strategies aligned with business goals.
• Define sales targets, revenue forecasts, absorption plans, and launch strategies for new projects.
• Support leadership in defining short-term and long-term growth roadmaps.
• Conduct in-depth market research on pricing,demand trends, inventory movement, and competitor strategies.
• Track micro-market dynamics, customer preferences, and emerging opportunities.
• Recommend corrective actions based on market shifts.
• Design pricing frameworks, discounting logic, and promotional schemes to optimizesales velocity and margins.
• Work closely with CRM, sales, and finance teams on price revisions and offer effectiveness.
• Analyze product mix and unit configuration performance.
• Monitor sales funnel, lead conversion ratios, channel productivity, and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
• Create dashboards, MIS, and management reports for leadership review.
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
• Evaluate and optimize channel partner performance and incentive structures.
• Support channel expansion strategies and institutional sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaign ROI and lead quality improvement.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, CRM, Finance, Projects, and Legal teams to ensure strategy execution.
• Support leadership presentations, board reviews, and strategic decision-making.

Eligibility Criteria

• MBA / PGDM in Strategy, Marketing, Finance, or Business Management.
• Female candidates are preferred.
• 6–10 years of experience in real estate sales strategy, consulting, or business analytics.
• Strong understanding of residential real estate markets, pricing, and sales lifecycle.
