Strategic Finance Manager

We are a fast-growing global business with operations across India and China, and expanding presence in the US. As we scale, we are looking for a sharp, high-ownership finance professional who can help build stronger financial systems, improve visibility across the business, and work closely with leadership on strategic and operational finance initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in high-growth environments, likes solving problems beyond traditional accounting, and wants exposure to business operations, commercial decision-making, and global expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Commercial & Growth Support
• Review commercial contracts, payment structures, and client profitability.
• Improve receivables tracking and cash collection processes.
• Support leadership on pricing, commercial decisions, and business performance analysis.
• Financial Processes & Controls
• Streamline finance workflows, approvals, expense management, and reporting structures.
• Improve internal controls and financial governance as the company scales.
• Work closely with accounting and compliance teams to strengthen financial operations.
• Drive implementation and optimization of finance-related systems and tools.
• Strategic Finance & Business Operations
• Build visibility into company-wide cash flows, working capital, and financial planning.
• Support founders in strategic decision-making through financial analysis and business insights.
• Develop budgeting, forecasting, and reporting systems for better operational visibility.
• Assist in evaluating business expansion, entity structuring, and global financial operations.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in finance, business finance, strategic finance, FP&A, audit, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, cash flow, and business operations.
• High ownership mindset with ability to work independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Backgrounds

• CA / MBA Finance / B.Com with strong relevant experience.
• Experience in startup finance, strategic finance, audit, consulting, or business finance.
• Exposure to international business operations is a plus.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
