Store Manager

We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused, and results-driven Store Manager to oversee the overall operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, delivering an exceptional customer experience, managing store operations, leading the team, and ensuring compliance with company policies and brand standards.

The candidate should have strong leadership skills, a commercial mindset, and experience in premium retail, sportswear, footwear, or lifestyle brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales targets and monitor key retail KPIs, including ATV, UPT, and conversion.
• Manage day-to-day store operations, inventory, and visual merchandising.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the store team.
• Ensure excellent customer service and adherence to brand standards.
• Monitor stock accuracy, store performance, and operational compliance.
• Coordinate with HR and the Operations team on staffing and store requirements.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of retail experience, preferably in footwear, sportswear, or lifestyle brands.
• Prior experience in a team-leading or store management role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.
• Sales-driven mindset with a focus on operational excellence.
