Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day stores, logistics and material movement activities.
• Coordinate material inward, outward, dispatch and delivery with sites and transporters.
• Manage tools and inventory, including receipt, issue, return, repair and availability.
• Maintain accurate stock, tool and material records.
• Update SAP transactions for material inward and outward.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Service, Engineering, Projects, Accounts and Site teams.
• Conduct physical stock verification and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to SOPs and ISO processes.
• Monitor material and tool movement and coordinate timely resolution of issues.
• Support internal and external audits related to Stores and Logistics.

Job Specification

• Any Graduate
• 5–8 years of experience in Stores, Logistics, Inventory or Material Management.
• Experience in industrial/manufacturing/project-based companies preferred.
• Good knowledge of SAP/ERP and MS Excel.
• Experience in tool and equipment inventory management will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of ISO documentation and process compliance preferred

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
