Job Title: Stock Controller – Import & Export

📍 Location: Varanasi

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Stock Controller (Import & Export) to manage inventory for inbound and outbound shipments. The role involves tracking stock levels, ensuring shipment accuracy, coordinating with logistics and customs teams, and maintaining compliance with import/export regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory for import and export consignments
• Track inward and outward movement of goods
• Ensure shipments match purchase orders, invoices, and packing lists
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customs clearance teams
• Handle import/export documentation and stock registers
• Maintain accurate MIS and inventory reports
• Identify and report discrepancies, shortages, or damages
• Ensure compliance with company and statutory regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in stock control or inventory management (Import/Export preferred)
• Knowledge of customs clearance and trade documentation
• Strong command of MS Excel and reporting
• Good coordination, communication, and organizational skills

Experience

2–4 years in import/export, logistics, or warehouse operations

Education

Graduate in Commerce / Logistics / Supply Chain / relevant field
