Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership (Individual Contributor Track)

• Solve complex engineering challenges across engagements.
• Design enterprise-scale agentic AI architectures.
• Define AI evaluation frameworks.
• Lead COBOL-to-Java modernization initiatives.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture teams.
• Establish cross-program technical strategy.
• Define enterprise reference architectures.

Engagement Leadership (Management Track)

• Lead multiple workstreams or PODs.
• Manage teams of 3–6 engineers.
• Own project outcomes and delivery excellence.
• Handle staffing and resource planning.
• Perform demand forecasting.
• Drive business continuity planning.
• Manage delivery governance using KPIs and RAG reporting.
• Ensure client satisfaction and project health.

Architecture Responsibilities

• Design enterprise target-state architectures.
• Lead modernization programs:
• PCF to GCP
• COBOL to Java
• IBM MQ to Kafka
• Build highly resilient enterprise integrations.
• Drive large-scale distributed system architecture.

AI & Innovation

• Define organization-wide AIDLC standards.
• Develop enterprise Agentic AI strategy.
• Create enterprise SLM strategy.
• Demonstrate measurable AI productivity improvements.
• Present AI ROI and business value frameworks to engineering leadership.
