Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java.

Architect and implement distributed systems and microservices-based solutions.

Participate in system design discussions and drive technical architecture decisions.

Write clean, maintainable, and high-quality code following OOP principles and design patterns.

Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA, and DevOps.

Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers.

Troubleshoot production issues and implement robust solutions.

Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, testing, and deployment.

Mandatory Skills

8+ years

of hands-on experience in Java backend development.

Strong proficiency in

Core Java

and

Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)

concepts.

Solid understanding of

Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA)

with excellent problem-solving skills.

Proven experience in

System Design

, including scalable, distributed, and highly available systems.

Strong expertise in

Microservices Architecture

and RESTful APIs.

Experience with

Spring Boot

, Spring Framework, and related Java technologies.

Knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases.

Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies is a plus.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems such as Git.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
