An SEO specialist is responsible for optimizing websites to improve search engine rankings, increase organic traffic, and enhance overall online visibility.Core Responsibilities

Keyword Research and Optimization: SEO specialists identify relevant keywords and optimize website content to target these terms effectively, ensuring higher visibility on search engine results pages (SERPs) and guiding content creators and developers in implementing these strategies.

On-Page and Technical SEO: They perform technical audits, optimize website structure, meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking, and ensure the site is crawlable and indexable by search engines.

Content Strategy and Creation: SEO specialists generate or guide the creation of SEO-rich content, balancing keyword usage with user experience to improve engagement and rankings.

Link Building and Off-Page SEO: They develop strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks, enhancing the website’s authority and credibility in search engines

Website Performance Monitoring: SEO specialists track website analytics, monitor traffic, conversion rates, and keyword rankings, and adjust strategies based on performance data

Client and Stakeholder Management: In agency settings, SEO specialists manage client expectations, communicate progress, and align SEO strategies with business objectives .

Coding and Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with SEO tools (like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush) is often required to implement advanced SEO techniques
