Role Description

The Sr. Salesforce Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, integrated with AWS services. This full time remote role involves leading discovery and requirement-gathering sessions, translating business needs into robust technical architectures, and guiding Salesforce and AWS configuration and customization. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating solution and integration designs, overseeing development efforts, ensuring best practices and governance, and conducting technical reviews and performance optimizations. The Sr. Architect will collaborate closely with stakeholders, business analysts, consultants, and development teams, provide thought leadership on Salesforce and cloud capabilities, and support presales and estimation activities as needed.

Qualifications

Strong Solution Architecture skills, including designing scalable Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud solutions and aligning them with AWS architectures.
