Job Description

• Design, develop, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions across Apex, LWC, Aura, and Flows based on business requirements.
• Implement and optimise Apex Triggers, Async Apex (Batch, Queueable, Scheduled, Future), and Apex Test Classes with high code coverage.
• Build and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components for a seamless user experience.
• Design and configure Salesforce Flows, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, and Formula Fields for automation and business logic.
• Develop and maintain REST API integrations, Apex Callouts, Named Credentials, and OAuth-based authentication flows.
• Manage Salesforce security model including Profiles, Permission Sets, Permission Set Groups, Role Hierarchy, OWD, Sharing Rules, and Field-Level Security.
• Write optimised SOQL and SOSL queries following governor limits and bulkification best practices.
• Handle Salesforce deployments using Salesforce CLI, Git, Change Sets, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage tasks, sprint planning, and issue tracking using Jira; collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders, document solutions, and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, maintain code quality, and conduct peer code reviews.

Skills Desired

Essential

• 4–7 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) Certification is mandatory. Salesforce Administrator Certification is required.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Apex Triggers, Apex Test Classes, and Asynchronous Apex (Batch, Queueable, Scheduled, and Future methods).
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SLDS.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce declarative tools including Flows, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, and Formula Fields.
• Expertise in Salesforce security and access management including Profiles, Permission Sets, Permission Set Groups, Roles, Sharing Rules, OWD, and Field-Level Security.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce REST API integrations, Apex Callouts, Named Credentials, OAuth, and JSON processing.
• Strong understanding of SOQL, SOSL, governor limits, bulkification, and Salesforce development best practices.
• Experience with Salesforce deployment processes, Salesforce CLI, Git, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in Jira for task tracking, sprint planning, and issue management. Strong communication skills for client and stakeholder interaction.
• Salesforce Platform Administrator I (Admin 201) Certification is required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills with the ability to design scalable solutions and work independently.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, sandbox management, metadata deployments, and release management.

Nice to Have: AI & Advanced Skills

• Hands-on experience with Agentforce and MCP Tool for building AI-powered Salesforce solutions.
• Experience with Einstein AI and Prompt Builder for AI-driven CRM features and automation.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2) Certification is an additional advantage.
• Knowledge of Data Loader, data migration strategies, and API testing tools such as Postman.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Account Engagement (Pardot).
