Role Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Senior QA / QA Automation Engineer with experience in manual testing, automation, API testing, mobile applications and data-heavy dashboards.

The candidate will work closely with Product, BA and Engineering teams to ensure product quality across the development and release lifecycle. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Perform functional, regression, integration, exploratory and UAT testing for web and mobile applications.

Test data-heavy dashboards, reports and analytics, including data accuracy, calculations, KPIs, filters, aggregations and business rules.

Validate data across database API application dashboard using SQL and appropriate tools.

Develop and maintain UI, API and regression automation for critical and repetitive scenarios.

Perform mobile testing across devices, OS versions, network conditions and common real-world scenarios.

Conduct API testing including request/response validation, error handling, authentication and integration scenarios.

Participate in requirement/design discussions and identify quality risks, missing scenarios and edge cases early.

Investigate defects, perform root-cause analysis and work with Engineering to prevent recurring issues.

Support release validation and production issue investigation.

Contribute to improving QA processes, automation coverage and overall product quality.

Use AI-assisted tools where appropriate for test-case generation, automation, test-data creation, defect analysis and productivity improvement.

Must-Have Skills

35 years of QA/testing experience.

Strong manual + automation testing experience.

Web and mobile application testing.

API testing.

SQL and database/data validation.

Experience testing data-heavy dashboards/reporting applications.

Experience developing or maintaining automation frameworks.

Jira or equivalent tools.

Git and basic CI/CD knowledge.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good understanding of Agile/Scrum.

Preferred Technologies

Experience with Playwright / Selenium / Cypress, Appium, Postman, REST API automation, SQL, Java/JavaScript/TypeScript/Python, Git and Jenkins/GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps or equivalent technologies.

Compensation: 50,000.00 - 80,000.00 per month
