Job Title: Sr Manager - Performance Marketing (PM) Experience: 7+years Location: Bengaluru (MG Road) Job Type: Full time Key Responsibilities: Growth Strategy: Develop growth strategies for D2C, e-commerce, fashion, lifestyle, and consumer brands. Performance Marketing: Lead and optimize Google & Meta Ads to drive revenue, ROAS, CAC, and conversions. Campaign Planning: Build media strategies, budgets, audience plans, and growth targets. E-commerce Growth: Drive growth across the funnel, including acquisition, conversion, AOV, CAC, and LTV. Data & Optimization: Analyze performance, identify prospects, and drive continuous testing and optimization. Budget Management: Manage media budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support the performance marketing team, including account allocation, reviews, and capability development. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Creative, E-commerce, SEO, Tech, Social Media, and Business teams. Client & Stakeholder Management: Present performance insights, strategies, and growth opportunities. Industry Trends: Stay updated on AI, automation, attribution, and emerging performance marketing trends. Key Requirements: 7+ years of experience in Performance/Growth/Digital Marketing. Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads. Proven experience with D2C and e-commerce brands. Experience in media planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategy. Robust analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Team Leadership: Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and managing performance marketing teams. Budget Management: Experience managing large media budgets and driving measurable business outcomes. Agency experience with multiple brands is an added advantage.
