Sr Manager - Agency Training

Role Summary: Responsible for Automation & Tracking of Training Records and ensuring enhancement as per business requirement and changes in regulations.

Supervises Manager /Assistant Manager / Senior Executives

Job Dimensions Geographic Area Covered Support all Distribution Channels with Training Administration Function (HO level)

Stakeholders Internal ZONE TPC TEAM, Trainers of all Distribution Channels - Agency, PD & Rural Trainers of all Distribution Channels - Agency, PD & Rural, Sales Force of all Channels for Training related activities, Purchase for commercials, Finance for payment, DOPs (candidate ID creation for training & Exam related), IT (Insight related updates / enhancements), Legal & Compliance Team for communication with IRDA

Stakeholders External Vendors for availing Training & training related logistics, IRDA Accredited Training Institutes (ATIs), NSEIT - for IRDA Portal related issues

Key Result Areas

• Automation & Tracking of Training Records
• Training Reports
• Ensuring timely procurement of Training Material & assess requirement
• Conceptualized & design internal system to capture training effectively.
• Employee Development
• Undertake UAT for incorporation of changes in system
• Ensure regulatory Submissions on time
• Train the Zone TPC on Process and System & resolve exceptions / escalations
• Ensure enhancement as per business requirement and changes in regulations.
• Participate in risk mitigation plans, contingency planning, business continuity programs by executing and reporting within defined timelines. Highlight and recommend process gaps, flaws and process changes.
