Senior Manager – Accounts Payable

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Manager – Accounts Payable role responsible for overseeing end-to-end accounts payable operations, payment processing, vendor management, and financial controls. The role includes managing invoice processing, vendor and subcontractor payments, employee reimbursements, trade payables, month-end closing, accruals, and general ledger reviews. Responsibilities also include preparing MIS reports, cash flow projections, and budget analysis to support management decision-making. The Senior Manager will drive process improvements, support accounting system implementation and optimization, ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls, coordinate with legal teams on vendor contracts, and serve as the primary finance contact for internal and statutory audits.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end Accounts Payable operations, invoice processing, payment management, vendor reconciliations, and trade payables.
• Experience in month-end closing, general ledger management, accruals, MIS reporting, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting.
• Proficiency in accounting systems and ERP software, particularly SAP, with experience in system migration and process improvement preferred.
• Knowledge of financial controls, accounting procedures, audit requirements, and statutory compliance.
• Experience in vendor management, contract reviews, commercial analysis, and cost optimization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead finance operations, improve team efficiency, manage multiple priorities, and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• A degree in Commerce
