Job Description

L2 Senior Production Support Developer Role: Experience Range: 3.5 Years to 6 Years

We are looking for a Java Developer with experience in building high-performing, scalable,

enterprise-ecommerce Application.

You will be part of a talented software team that works on mission-critical applications. Java

developer roles and responsibilities include managing Java/Java EE application development while

providing expertise in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing.

Responsibilities

• Java developer responsibilities include designing and developing high-volume, low-latency

applications for mission-critical systems and delivering high-availability and performance

• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
• Write well designed, testable, efficient code
• Strong SQL/ PL Sql Queries , Able to understand execute Strong PL/SQL Queries/SQL Queries.
• Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications
• Prepare and produce releases of software components
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting

these for architectural review

• Provide L2 support for the issues forwarded by L1 team & CSM Team.

Production Support lifecycle deliverables: Production support- Detect Fixes as per the Production

Support SLAs defined by client.

Requirements

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
• Proven hands-on Software Development experience
• Proven working experience in Java development
• Proven working experience in Support Projects.
• Hands on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms
• Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
• Profound insight of Java and JEE internals (Class loading, Memory Management, Transaction

management etc.)

• Experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework
• Experience with test-driven development
• Experience with Version Control Systems like GIT.
• Willingness to work in shifts/ Must have flexibility with work hours and be able to provide on-

demand support as required.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Hands on experience with Java,J2EE, JSP,Servlets, Bootstrap and AngularJS.
• Hands on experience with Microsoft SQL.
• Strong SQL/PL Sql Query Joins, Sub Queries
• Strong knowledge and experience in SOAP Web Services
