Senior Java Developer – AWS & Kubernetes

Summary –

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Java Developer to design, develop, and deploy scalable cloud-native applications leveraging Java, AWS, Kubernetes, and Microservices architecture. This role requires strong expertise in enterprise application development, cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and modern software engineering principles to drive digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities –

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Develop RESTful APIs, integrate third-party services, and build scalable cloud-native solutions.
• Deploy, manage, and optimize applications on AWS while leveraging Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, participate in code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams while contributing to cloud modernization and solution architecture initiatives.

Requirements –

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java application development and enterprise software engineering.
• Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Microservices, REST APIs, and Hibernate/JPA.
• Extensive experience with AWS services including EC2, EKS, ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch, and API Gateway along with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB), and DevOps practices.
