Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Java Backend Developer to build scalable, cloud-native applications for enterprise solutions. If you have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and Microservices, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend applications using Java and Spring technologies.
• Build and maintain cloud-native applications on AWS.
• Develop and integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Build event-driven microservices using Kafka.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Write unit and integration tests using JUnit, Cucumber, and WireMock.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Follow secure coding practices and industry compliance standards.

Required Skills

• 68 years of software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud architecture.
• Experience building Microservices and Event-Driven Architectures.
• Robust knowledge of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Experience with Kafka.
• Hands-on experience with JUnit, Test Driven Development (TDD), Cucumber, WireMock, and JMeter.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Jenkins, Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Basic React experience.
• Good understanding of application security and data protection.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MCA, M.Sc. (IT), or equivalent.
• AWS Certification is an added advantage.
• Experience in Financial Services or other regulated industries.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, PCI, or similar compliance frameworks.
