We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for technology positions across various domains including Software Development, Cloud, Data Engineering, AI/ML, DevOps, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Applications.

The recruiter should possess strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and a solid understanding of IT technologies and hiring trends within the Indian talent market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition gathering to offer closure.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, referrals, and networking channels.
• Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidate suitability for technical roles.
• Coordinate interviews with technical panels and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active technology candidates.
• Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer rollouts.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain candidate information in ATS systems.
• Support recruitment initiatives for lateral hiring, campus hiring, and diversity hiring.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, salary benchmarks, and hiring trends.
