Sr HR Manager - Generalist (Remote)

Position: Sr HR Manager - Generalist Experience: 5-8 Years Location: Remote Work Days: Monday to Friday Timings: 9:00 AM 5:30 PM About the Role We are looking for an experienced and dynamicSenior Human Resources Manager - Generalist to lead and streamline our HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR strategy and execution, with the ability to build efficient processes, manage end-to-end HR functions, and support a growing team. This role is fully remote and requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while collaborating across departments. Key Responsibilities 1. HR Operations & Process Building Design, implement, and optimize HR processes, policies, and SOPs. Develop streamlined workflows to support employee lifecycle management. Introduce and maintain systems that enhance HR efficiency and compliance. 2. HRMS Management Lead the functioning of HRMS system. Ensure smooth integration of employee data. Oversee system usage, training, and continuous improvements. 3. Payroll Management Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing. Coordinate with finance to ensure accurate salary disbursement and compliance. Handle statutory deductions, leave reconciliations, and payroll data audits. 4. Recruitment & Hiring Drive hiring strategies to fulfill staffing needs across departments. Manage the entire recruitment cyclefrom sourcing and screening to interviews and offer rollouts. Collaborate with department heads to understand role requirements and build strong pipelines. 5. Employee Engagement & Support Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries and HR concerns. Foster a positive and supportive remote work environment. Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives. Requirements Minimum5 years of HR experience with exposure to both operations and strategic HR. MBA in Human Resources or an equivalent HR-focused postgraduate degree. Proven experience in payroll management and HRMS implementation. Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and documentation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
