Position: US Healthcare Recruiter

Job Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for US Healthcare requirements.

Source candidates through job portals, database, references, and other recruiting methods.

Screen and shortlist qualified candidates based on client requirements.

Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.

Maintain daily submission and interview trackers.

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of healthcare professionals including RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Allied, and other healthcare positions.

Ensure timely submissions and closures for assigned requirements.

Work closely with the team lead/manager to achieve monthly targets and delivery goals.

Required Skills

Experience in US Healthcare Recruitment.

Good communication and sourcing skills.

Experience working on contract/temp healthcare staffing requirements.

Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace and manage multiple requirements.

Knowledge of job portals such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc. Role & responsibilities
